Anxiety and overwhelm

Anxiety can look like overthinking, tension, social discomfort, or always feeling on edge. Therapy can help you understand those patterns, regulate your nervous system, and find more steadiness in daily life.

It does not always look like panic. Sometimes it looks like being very good at your job and lying awake at 2am. Sometimes it looks like rereading a text four times before sending it, or saying yes when you meant no, or a body that will not settle even when nothing is wrong.

We look at what the anxiety is responding to rather than treating it as a malfunction. That usually means slowing down enough to notice what happens in your body first, before the thoughts catch up, and building a few reliable ways to come back down.

Work here may draw on mindfulness, somatic awareness and evidence-based therapy, paced to what you have capacity for rather than a fixed protocol.

If any of that sounded familiar

The free fifteen-minute consultation is a conversation, not an intake form. We can talk about what is going on and whether working together feels right.
