Self-worth, boundaries and perfectionism

We explore self-criticism, people-pleasing, perfectionism, and difficulty setting boundaries. The work is about building self-trust, confidence, and a kinder relationship with yourself.

From the outside your life may look fine, or better than fine. Inside there can be a running commentary that never quite lets up, and a sense that rest has to be earned.

People-pleasing and perfectionism are usually not character flaws. They were useful once, often early on, and they kept something safe. The work is understanding what they were protecting before asking you to put them down.

Expect to look at where the inner critic learned its voice, what happens in your body when you set a limit, and how to build self-trust in small repeatable ways rather than all at once.
