Mental Health Resources

Helplines, support networks and where to turn

As mental health advocate Elyn R. Saks reminds us, "There's no shame in taking care of your mind." At Sage Path Counseling Center, we believe support should be accessible, whether you are looking for immediate help, ongoing guidance, or reliable information for yourself or someone you care about.

We provide therapy throughout New Jersey and are committed to connecting our community with trusted mental health resources. Below you will find helplines, support networks and educational tools meant to offer support, clarity and care when you need it most.
